- no red carpet. bleah.
- teo ser luck is our future president.
- saw my ex-lecturer dr. kk seet, who is a minor celebrity now thanks to the arena. he's still wearing his balinese shirts.
- didn't drink a sip of wine. not feeling well la.
- my boss was actually funkier than all of us.
- PAM OEI IS GOD.
- beatrice chia can cuss really well in hokkien.
- kumar pulled out. no big loss.
- gordon choy is a fox. (yes, phin i know)
- goh boon teck's mom is even shorter than pam oei.
- i'm not a big fan of theatre but it was the best 2 hrs i've ever spent sitting down.
- THERE WAS NO STANDING OVATION. BLEAH.
- i'm bringing my mom to watch it again.
i am inspired to write a play about her life now. haha. |

everyone knows i'm a big fan of this local singer and she was in the office yesterday for a photo shoot. i decided, rather unprofessionally but secretly, to ask her for a picture together.
she: "SURE!"
*looks over to manager*
manager: "对不起, 不方便."
me: "你去吃大便!"
which was really what i should have said, instead i mouthed a pathetic, "no problem." |
